Whether as a student, in the privacy of my home, or sharing with children and parents--art has always been an important part of me. Recently, an emphasis of my art has dealt with children. Colors, Patterns, and Possibilities

Today, I received a surprise box from Korea! I quickly grabbed scissors and opened the box which was filled with treasures! There were fabrics my mom dyed using natural ingredients (my mother recently obtained her Ph.D in Color Theories--so proud of her!) such as fruits, vegetables, and even shells of nuts (see below, the subtle natural colors are wonderful)!
