Story Time!

At the Montessori school, we have been busy creating characters, scenes, and stories for our play house story time. Kids were so excited to see the play house I brought in (not done yet), and we were eager to be on stage!

Inspired by the play house that I made, the students wanted to design their own play house.

It was, after all, not about what kind of  new art technique they learned. Art is, and should be fun and exciting. I see the students be excited about the class not because they learn a new technique in art but because they have fun learning, expressing, creating, sharing, and thinking!

I hope they can enjoy making art, looking at art, talking about art, and living with art.
We had so much fun telling our stories to each other, and enjoyed watching as part of the audience.
